To expand employment opportunities for students of the School of Management, effectively align graduates with employers’ recruitment needs, and promote high-quality employment, the School successfully held a dedicated job fair on March 24.
A number of prominent employers were invited to attend, including HAND Enterprise Solutions Co., Ltd., Hubei Bohai Bio Holding Group, Huawei Finance, Zhejiang NHU Co., Ltd., and Hualu-Hengsheng Co., Ltd. Representing sectors such as information technology, biotechnology and chemicals, financial management, and manufacturing, the participating companies offered graduates a wide selection of positions and extensive opportunities for career development. On-site interviews were conducted concurrently, providing students with an integrated job application and interview service.
As a leading Chinese provider of digital and intelligent consulting and implementation services, HAND Enterprise Solutions offered several positions well suited to the academic programs of the School of Management. At the event, company representatives gave a detailed introduction to the company’s development, business operations, compensation, and employee benefits, with particular attention to the requirements of the available positions. They emphasized the company’s commitment to talent development and explained that new employees would receive systematic pre-employment training and have access to clearly defined pathways for advancement, enabling them to develop rapidly into highly capable professionals in the industry.
The recruitment team also patiently answered students’ questions about résumé improvement and job suitability and conducted interviews on site. Several students successfully progressed to subsequent stages of the recruitment process by demonstrating a solid professional foundation and strong overall competence.
Hubei Bohai Bio Holding Group is an enterprise group centered on biotechnology and extensively engaged in the production of phosphate fertilizers and compound fertilizers. Taking into account the distinctive strengths of the School’s academic programs, the company focused on recruiting management trainees for management-related positions.
The company’s management trainee program is designed to build a strong talent pipeline and develop future middle- and senior-level managers. Through a model combining rotational assignments, centralized training, and mentorship, the program helps management trainees rapidly familiarize themselves with business operations and enhance their professional capabilities. During the interviews, the recruitment team placed particular emphasis on students’ sense of responsibility, service awareness, and problem-solving abilities. The representatives also held in-depth discussions with students about their career plans, and many students reached preliminary employment intentions with the company.
Huawei Finance, Zhejiang NHU Co., Ltd., Hualu-Hengsheng Co., Ltd., and other participating employers also offered high-quality positions. Their recruitment representatives communicated with students face to face, provided detailed answers to questions concerning job responsibilities, salaries and benefits, and career advancement, accepted résumés, and conducted on-site interviews, thereby advancing the recruitment process efficiently.
The successful job fair established an effective bridge between employers and graduates. It not only helped participating companies identify high-quality candidates but also broadened employment channels for graduates of the School of Management, reduced their job-search costs, and translated the School’s employment support into concrete action.
Going forward, the School will continue to focus on graduates’ employment needs, strengthen university–enterprise cooperation, create more high-quality employment platforms, and provide diversified career guidance services. Through these efforts, the School will help every student identify an appropriate career direction and realize their employment aspirations, while advancing its graduate employment work to a new level.
